Artisanal Food, Cider & Beer
A pub, or public house, is an establishment licensed to sell alcoholic drinks, which traditionally include beer, ale and other brewed alcoholic drinks. It is a relaxed, social drinking establishment and in many places, especially in villages, a pub is the focal point of the community. Samuel Pepys described the pub as the heart of England. Our aim is to create a vibrant, comfortable atmosphere that encourages appreciation of elevated cuisine and libations.

Located on the 22nd block of Historic Montana Avenue our establishment fills an expansive warehouse that has played host to many businesses including a tractor showroom and most recently United Glass. It was important to us to keep the rugged, industrial aesthetic while creating a comfortable experience for our guests. The showcase of our dining room is a floor to ceiling German-style fireplace that embodies the warmth and happiness we want our guests to enjoy.
The rear (North-side) of our interior is the production facility—our cider mill. The key to great cider is using ripe, hand-picked fruit and we have a massive cooler full of it. We source our apples exclusively from Montana, Michigan and Oregon and we consider them to be some of the best in the world. We press our apples on Thursdays between October and March so come on down and watch the process, or better yet contact us here and schedule a time to come help yourself.
We think that every diner who comes through our door deserves the best meal possible, and sometimes it takes a novel component to achieve that. We want nothing more than to provide our guests with inspired food and drink, coupled with a true feel of community.
We are constantly striving for perfection which demands continual education and consistent menu adjustments. We invite and encourage feedback from our customers, and the public at large, so reach out and ask questions!
All of our ciders are made in-house at our cider mill.

The Cider Mill uses high-quality, fresh apples, yielding a superior final product. Last Chance Cider is proud that all of our ciders are made with selected apples. No commercial concentrates or juices are used in the fermentation process. From sweet to dry, Last Chance Ciders celebrate the apple by bringing the orchard to the glass.
